Holly's Pie Crust

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ Cups Flour
  • 1 Cup Lard
  • 1 Egg Yellow
  • Cup Milk With Egg in measurement
  • 1 Tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Mix all dry ingredients together
  • Cut in Lard with pastry cutter
  • Put egg yellow in 2/3 cup and fill with milk.
  • Mix into lard mixture. Dough will be sticky.
  • Cut dough into thirds.
  • Place on floured surface and roll circle.
  • Place in pie pan.
