Holly's Pie Crust
Ingredients
2 ½
Cups
Flour
1
Cup
Lard
1
Egg Yellow
⅔
Cup
Milk
With Egg in measurement
1
Tsp
Salt
Instructions
Mix all dry ingredients together
Cut in Lard with pastry cutter
Put egg yellow in 2/3 cup and fill with milk.
Mix into lard mixture. Dough will be sticky.
Cut dough into thirds.
Place on floured surface and roll circle.
Place in pie pan.
