Creamy Mustard Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 ¾" thick Pork Chops
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • ½ Cup Milk
  • 1 ½ tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • 10.5 oz Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley

Instructions

  • Season the pork with lemon pepper seasoning
  • Heat the butter in a 10" skillet over medium-high heat
  • Add the pork chops and cook until well browned on both sides
  • Stir the soup, milk and mustard in teh skillet and heat to a boil.
  • reduce the heat to low.
  • Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until pork is cooked through.
  • Sprinkle with the parsley
